Lifestyle Medicine is an evidence-based approach to using our daily habits to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic conditions, leading to a healthier and happier life.
Lifestyle is the most significant contributor to diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, certain cancers, obesity, and more. Therefore, lifestyle changes should be the primary form of treatment.
